Good hotel, great service by all hotel workers. Free breakfast with a surprising fresh, made to order, omelet bar. 24hr coffee, full kitchen in room (cook top, dishwasher, full fridge, microwave, filtered water faucet). Happy hour.

I liked this place. They have a nice breakfast area and make to order breakfast is served. You can have an omlette which is made fresh right in front of you. Their bar closes at 10 pm though. I took one star away because of the room. They were nice but I have stayed at Element with better rooms.

I have stayed at this property for business and personal travel. The staff is always nice and goes above and beyond the call of hospitality. I want to give a special shout out to Emma for always making me feel welcomed! I love the property so much my family had a small gathering and we all booked rooms here. We had an exceptional time. The breakfast is excellent, the rooms are clean and it is in a great location. Book the room!

An amazing experience overall. The view from our room 1014 was very relaxing. Wendy was so nice, accommodating, and super friendly. She made us feel at home. Dog friendly accommodation.

Brought the whole family here to spend the night and the breakfast bar. Omelette chef. Yogurt parfait. And the staff greeting us in the morning is great. Rooms were spacious and clean. Definitely stay here again.

My stay was a mixed experience, mostly positive. This is a convenient location that feels safe, situated alongside a freeway inside a cluster of extended stay hotels and apartments, within 20 minutes of Love Field, and walking distance to a DART station. The property (reported online as being built in 2022) still feels brand new. The rooms show zero sign of aging or wear (which is becoming a real problem in other Marriott brands {where I spend over 100 nights a year}). The beds are very comfortable. On the flip side, the lighting is terrible and the rooms feel dark at night. But this seems to be an issue with many Marriott brands these days (oh, right, for my safety and convenience they're conserving energy). Whoever designed the narrow clothes closets had a sense of humor, because the clothes bar isn't mounted side to side, but front to back, so figure out what you're going to wear during your stay and line it up sequentially when you unpack. Another negative was that the room size I booked was not available when I checked in, and as they said on a Seinfeld episode, anybody can take a reservation, it's holding the reservation that's key. I was moved the next day to the right size room, but this only happened because I asked to be moved, no one at the front desk took the initiative to correct the situation, and the hour I spent switching rooms would have been time I'd have preferred doing something more fun than hauling luggage. Also on the downside is that the hotel seems marginally understaffed, with the front desk now and then left empty as whoever was working there ten minutes ago goes off to tend to a patron at the bar across the lobby, and requests for service are responded to with a polite could I check back in ten minutes. Breakfast, which is free, receives rave reviews for offering made-to-order omelettes, and fried or scrambled eggs, but the wait time can be an issue because there is only one cook so don't be in a hurry. The other breakfast choices are limited, and the usual standard oatmeal isn't cooked but only available in packets. Overall, it is a very functional place to stay. Memorable, perhaps not. So if your visit is for some practical or business purpose, it makes a fine choice, all things considered. For a couples getaway, maybe try somewhere else.

Enjoy the stay short here. Really-really appreciated the acknowledgement of Marriott Platinum level upon arrival. Clean and comfortable room and all the staff was very welcoming and asked if I needed anything else to feel free to ask. Morning breakfast is great with cook to order omelet station and healthy selections. Omelet is delicious...! Also the 12th floor has a wonderful work area/lounge for meetings/conferenced with great views...!

My second time staying at this hotel, and it was better than the first, when they opened a few years ago! Night auditor on night of 12/30/25 into 12/31 (we checked in late around 2 am Morning of 12/31) was SO KIND BUT sadly I forgot her name. Breakfast was great - and the guy cooking omelets was phenomenal and staff all around was great. Amenities as usual in elements are great. And I can’t ever get over how good these beds (and Westins :) are! Def a go to for my family when visiting Dallas!!
